1H20L New‑Energy Fuse is gR full‑range fast DC EV fuse designed for new‑energy vehicle and industrial DC circuit protection. This series covers rated current from 70A up to 300A at 125V /150V DC with 20kA high breaking capacity. It adopts high‑temperature resistant ceramic tube, variable‑cross‑section melt of 99.99% pure silver and high‑purity quartz‑sand arc‑extinguishing medium. Silver‑plated contact surfaces reduce contact temperature rise and power consumption. Widely applied for on‑board battery systems, mobile forklifts, electric elevators, chargers, power supplies and inverter comprehensive protection. Custom time‑current characteristics can be negotiated for special‑project requirements.
