Introduction to integrated fuses, high-voltage fuse holders, and connector sockets

The integrated solution of high-voltage fuse holder with integrated fuses is an important technical

direction in the trend of integration, lightweighting, and miniaturization of high-voltage electrical systems

in new energy vehicles. It aims to solve the problems of large space occupation, complex wiring harness,

high cost, and inconvenient installation and maintenance caused by traditional discrete fuse boxes.

Integrated fuse electrical connector socket: refers to the fixed part (socket) of the electrical connector that

is designed with reserved space and electrical interfaces for direct installation or integration of fuse

modules. It usually does not include a fuse itself, but provides a physical and electrical foundation for the

integration of fuses. Integrated fuse electrical connector: refers to a complete electrical connector

component (including plug, socket, internal structure) that has already integrated the fuse as an

inseparable or easily replaceable component. It is a fully functional unit that provides dual functionality of

connection and overcurrent protection
