What is ANL Fuse?

ANL fuse is a high current circuit protection device designed specifically for applications that require

robust and reliable overcurrent protection. These fuses are commonly used in environments such as

forklifts, ship systems, aviation, and battery charging devices, where high-power loads require quick

protection. The characteristic of ANL fuse is its rectangular shape factor, with dimensions of  (22x81mm)

and thickness varying according to its rated current. The main conventional materials are zinc alloy and

copper alloy

These fuses work by interrupting excessive current almost instantaneously, preventing damage to

equipment or wiring. For example, in automotive applications, ANL fuses are typically used to protect

high-power accessories such as audio systems or dual battery settings. When installing auxiliary batteries

in vehicles to support high wattage audio systems, ANL fuses are typically placed at both ends of the

cable connecting the front and rear batteries. This ensures that the entire cable line will not experience

short circuits or overloads.
