H14FD‑H14FF 14X51 Semiconductor Fuse is cylindrical fast‑acting aR‑category fuse‑link designed for semiconductor device short‑circuit and overload protection. This 14×51mm series covers current ratings from 1A to 63A, rated for 690V AC(IEC),700V AC(UL) and 600V DC, delivering high interrupting performance of 100kA for AC circuits and 50kA for DC circuits. It adopts variable‑cross‑section melt made of 99.99% pure silver, encapsulated inside high‑strength ceramic body filled with high‑purity quartz‑sand arc‑quenching medium. Widely used for small‑size inverters, UPS power systems and variable‑speed drive equipment. Custom parameters can be developed for special project requirements.
