Energy storage fuses are the core protective components of battery energy storage systems (ESS), which bear the important responsibility of overcurrent and short-circuit protection for high-voltage DC circuits. Different from ordinary fuses, energy storage fuses need to adapt to the complex working conditions of rapid current fluctuation, wide temperature change and long-term outdoor operation of energy storage systems, and have higher requirements for breaking capacity, insulation performance and service life.

Essfuse focuses on the R&D and production of energy storage fuses, launching 1000V DC and 1500V DC two mainstream voltage specifications, with a current range covering 10A-125A, and a breaking capacity up to 20kA-50kA. Our energy storage fuses adopt silver-nickel alloy melt, high-temperature resistant ceramic tube and epoxy sealing structure, which can operate stably in the environment of -40℃ to 85℃, and effectively avoid the safety risks caused by battery thermal runaway, line damage and inverter failure.
